Below is an interview with Gordon McHugh, PGA Professional at Raven Golf Club at Snowshoe Mountain. Gordon is an 11 year Member of the PGA of America, 7 years as PGA Professional at Raven Golf Club, and Level III Member of Professional Ski Instructors of America. The following are a few traditional and non traditional golf centric questions that I love to ask influential people in the golf industry.

When did you start golfing and who introduced you do the game?
My father plays golf and I gravitated to the game after high school when I didn't have any more team sports to play.

What is your current home course?
Raven Golf Club at Snowshoe Mountain

To date, what is your proudest golf accomplishment?
Completing the PGA of America's GPTP and getting my Membership - grueling!

What is your biggest golf pet peeve on or off the course?
Singles - why don't people like to play golf with other people?

What is your favorite golf destination?
Any Mike Strantz golf course.

What course is on your bucket list that you have not played yet?
The Old Course at St. Andrews

If you woke up tomorrow and could play one course you played before, where would you play?
Tobacco Road

If you could change one aspect, rule or thing about golf, what would it be and why?
I would make the hole 6" in diameter. It would speed up the pace of play.
